With a huge queen size bed (or two separate beds) and fluffy pillows that represent the hopes and dreams. On the generous terrace space of more than 1,000sq ft., there’s nothing but nature to distract you from yourself. Take in the 180 degree unobstructed panoramic view of the South China Sea and mountains that hold your gaze while a soft breeze and gentle silence embrace you.
The open-plan kitchen is a harmonious space focused on functionality and aesthetic with a direct line of sight across your home to the natural surroundings. A giant floor-to-ceiling window that revives and illuminates you with maximum natural light. Every piece of furniture has been handpicked to create a muted palette that blends both interior and exterior spaces into the surrounding environment.

Yes, both utilities and cleaning services are included in the rental price. The villa will be meticulously cleaned before your check-in and after your check-out. Housekeeping services can also be arranged for an additional fee during your stay.
What is the policy for rainstorms or typhoons before or during my stay?
In the event of a rainstorm or typhoon, you have the option to reschedule your stay within a 3-month timeframe for Villa bookings, and to reschedule your yacht charter within a 12-month timeframe, ensuring flexibility in your plans.
Booking Procedure
1. Optional Site Visit for Detailed Options
Before making a decision, we welcome you to schedule an optional site visit. This allows you to explore the villa, and its amenities, and discuss any specific requirements or options you may have for your event.
2. Confirm the Date and Details
Once you've decided to book with us, contact us to confirm the date and event details. We'll work closely with you to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your needs.
3. Sign a Contract for Both Parties
To formalize the booking, we'll provide you with a contract outlining all terms and conditions. Please review and sign the contract, and we'll countersign it to confirm the reservation.
4. 50% Rental Deposit to Lock in the Date
To secure your chosen date, we require a 50% rental deposit. You can make this payment via the method specified in the contract. Once received, your date will be officially reserved.
5. 7 Days Prior to the Event Date for 50% Rest of the Payment
One week before your event date, we kindly request the remaining 50% payment. This final payment ensures everything is in order for your stay and event.
6. Check-In
On the day of your event or stay, you can check in at the designated time. Our team will be there to welcome you and provide any assistance you may need during your stay.
